　　The competition started on time at 8:00 am on December 23, 2017. First, the company's leaders conducted a pre-match mobilization, and then the theoretical knowledge test was divided into three types of riveters, welders, and auxiliary workers.

The riveting masters are concentrating on manual setting out and marking of the workpiece, and calculating the size of the blanking. This is a basic work skill for the riveters, compared to the speed and accuracy of the setting out.

　　Welders test the 45-degree all-position welding of small diameter pipe butt joints. This requires very high skills of the welder, and comprehensively judges the weld formation, reinforcement, color, and filming results.

　　The work of assistants is equally important. The bevel grinding and polishing process has a great influence on the subsequent welding quality and product appearance. How to polish a more accurate bevel angle and perfect appearance of the workpiece is the skill of the assistant. challenge.

　　There are also the staff of our judging team. They supervise the entire competition process in real time and evaluate the performance of each participating employee through methods such as watching, touching, measuring, and checking.

Finally, through the evaluation of the judges, combined with the theoretical and practical scores, the various awards of this competition were selected. So far, the 2017 Production Knowledge and Skills Competition has been successfully concluded.
